Active industrial and contracting operations across Nigeria since the late 1990s, with project records and client references that go back across multiple federal and state administrations.
Technical leadership at the top
Engineering decisions are signed off by the Group Chairman and Technical Director, Engr. Emmanuel Ovome, whose background spans gas utilisation, CNG infrastructure, solar systems and large civil execution.
Owned plant and equipment
Motor graders, asphalt pavers, rollers, tippers, a Damen CSD 500 cutter suction dredger and a Leader 26/24-inch dredger are in-house — so schedules do not depend on sub-contractor availability.

Zindor Properties, Zindor Petroleum & Energy and ZinPay are sister subsidiaries within Zindor Group Limited; their teams, sites and capital can be drawn on for multi-disciplinary requirements.
ISO 9001:2015 and SON compliance
Quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Products meet SON standards. COREN-registered engineers, quantity surveyors and HSE officers are deployed on every contract.
Aftercare built into the contract
Post-handover operations and maintenance, warranty management and a named point of contact for the life of the asset are included as standard, not priced as an upsell.
